Who we are
UNIFELKO Private Limited is an international, commission-based third-party service facilitation and business networking company. We connect customers, buyers, sellers, dealers and businesses with suitable independent service providers and business partners — facilitating introductions, coordinating communication and supporting business relationships.
Most people are not short of options — they are short of time and certainty. Finding a dependable provider, explaining the requirement repeatedly, and chasing progress takes energy away from the thing you actually wanted done.
UNIFELKO sits in the middle of that gap. You come to us with the requirement; we understand it, connect you with an independent provider suited to it, and coordinate where our involvement helps.
Our model is commission-based: where an introduction leads to a transaction or service arrangement, the commercial terms and any commission arrangement are discussed and agreed with the relevant parties before they proceed.

We introduce a suitable provider; you decide whether to proceed. Terms, pricing and delivery are agreed directly between you and that provider.

Once the connection is made, we coordinate where needed so neither side is left wondering what happens next.

- Not a party to your agreement with the provider — service agreements are generally between the provider and the customer, subject to the relevant arrangements.
- Not a provider of legal support, escrow or payment-holding services — commercial terms are settled directly between the parties.
- Not in the business of making promises on a provider's behalf — we leave claims to those doing the work.
In practice: you describe the need, we connect you with a suitable independent provider, and the provider handles the service directly with you. UNIFELKO coordinates where our involvement is useful — and nothing is arranged behind your back.
What we do not claim: UNIFELKO does not claim to operate international offices, to employ an in-house legal team, to hold payments in escrow, to guarantee results, or to have pre-verified every provider. We work internationally through the relationships and network we build; providers are independent, and you satisfy yourself about any provider before you proceed.
